How to make cinnamon rolls ?

For the dough, start by mixing the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the dry yeast. Pour in the warm milk and stir until the yeast dissolves. Then, add the eggs and melted butter, mixing everything together until you have a smooth dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 to 7 minutes, until it becomes elastic and smooth. Once your dough has risen, gently punch it down to release the air. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about 30 x 40 cm in size. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly across the dough.
Next, assemble the cinnamon rolls by rolling the dough tightly into a log shape. Slice the log into 3-4 cm thick pieces and arrange them in a greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Cover the dish with a towel and allow the rolls to rise for another 30 minutes.
After the rolls have risen, bake the cinnamon rolls in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly while you prepare the icing.
For the cream cheese icing, beat together the cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. If the icing is too thick, add a little milk to reach a creamy consistency.
